BarqMart collects only what’s needed to serve you well:

Name, phone, and address — to deliver your order across Karachi.
Email — for order confirmations and updates.
Payment info — for COD, we handle no payment data at all. For JazzCash/Easypaisa, the transaction goes directly through their secure system; we don’t store your account details.
App usage & device information — since orders are placed through our app, we may collect your device type, operating system, app version, and general usage data to keep the app running smoothly.
Location access — our app may request location access to help confirm your delivery address and estimate delivery time accurately.
Push notifications — if enabled, we use this to send order updates, not marketing, unless you opt in separately.

We don’t sell your data, and since we deliver with our own in-house team, your address never goes to a third-party courier. We only share limited data with JazzCash/Easypaisa (for payments) or service providers who help run our app (like hosting/analytics).

App Data Storage: Some information (like login session and preferences) is stored locally on your device to make the app run smoothly.

Your Rights: You can ask what data we hold, request corrections, or ask us to delete your data (except where we’re legally required to keep records). You can also disable location access or notifications anytime from your device settings.
